1. Introduction & Definitions
1.1 Who we are. Apollo Escort is a licensed escort agency in Amsterdam, offering discreet, high‑class companionship and introduction services across the city and neighbouring areas.
1.2 When these Terms apply. By using our website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Key terms.
- Client – any person or company making a booking with Apollo Escort.
- Model – independent escort represented by Apollo Escort (minimum age 21).
- Booking – an arrangement for companionship confirmed in writing by Apollo.
- Booking Confirmation – our written message (email/WhatsApp/SMS) stating model, time, location and rate.
- Booking Rate – the rate for the Model’s time (includes Apollo’s mediation).
- Reservation Fee – €50 per escort per booking (non‑refundable).
- Surcharges – additional amounts for travel, late changes, card fees, etc.
- External Costs – third‑party costs (e.g., parking, taxi, tickets, room service).
- Guaranteed Booking – a booking that cannot be cancelled free of charge (see 5.3).
2. Scope of Services & Areas
2.1 Outcall only. We attend hotels, private residences, restaurants, events and corporate venues.
2.2 Amsterdam areas (non‑exhaustive). Centrum (Jordaan, Canal District, De Negen Straatjes), Zuid (Museum Quarter, De Pijp, Zuidas), Oost (Zeeburg, IJburg), West (Westerpark, Oud‑West), Noord (NDSM), Nieuw‑West (Sloterdijk), Zuidoost (Bijlmer, ArenA, Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live), Schiphol Airport hotels.
2.3 Nearby cities. Amstelveen, Haarlem, Zaandam, Almere, Utrecht, Hilversum, Hoofddorp, Diemen, Badhoevedorp, Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, Aalsmeer, Uithoorn.
2.4 Events & venues. RAI Amsterdam conferences, Zuidas business dinners, cultural evenings at Concertgebouw, museum galas, luxury hotels.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
3.1 How to request. Use the booking form, call us, WhatsApp or email.
3.2 When it’s confirmed. A booking exists only after our written Booking Confirmation.
3.3 Screening (safety). We may request a deposit, ID check at check‑in, hotel/room confirmation or proof of address.
3.4 Minimum duration. 2 hours (may be higher per model or location).
3.5 Hours. 16:00–02:00; overnights only with prior approval.
3.6 Right to refuse. We may refuse or cancel in case of risk, illegality, default, unsafe address or similar; where possible we offer an alternative (see 10 & 12).
4. Rates, Travel & Payments
4.1 General
4.1.1 Rates are in EUR and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.1.2 Reservation Fee: €50 per escort per booking (non‑refundable).
4.1.3 Amounts may be rounded to the nearest €25.
4.2 Travel & external costs
4.2.1 Travel included up to 25 km. Beyond that: €1/km.
4.2.2 If a booking ends at a different location or the Client changes the address, travel surcharges may apply.
4.2.3 Rush‑hour surcharge: €50 for bookings of ≤5h when outbound travel occurs during 07:00–08:30 or 16:30–18:30 (working days).
4.2.4 If public transport is used and the return journey (incl. waiting) would reasonably double the outbound time, extra External Costs may be charged.
4.2.5 Parking, entrance tickets, room service, hotel access and similar third‑party costs are at the Client’s expense.
4.3 Payments
4.3.1 Timing. Pay before or at the start. For extensions: cash in the last 15 minutes, or bank transfer immediately after.
4.3.2 Bank transfer. Standard method; a discreet descriptor may appear on statements.
4.3.3 Cash in EUR. €200/€500 notes not accepted; if only large notes are available, an administration surcharge of 10% (min. €100) applies. Models do not carry change.
4.3.4 USD/GBP cash. Accepted at start with day rate + 5% service surcharge and exchange costs. Allowed per booking: €100–€500 (new clients) / up to €2,000 (repeat clients). Notes must be mint.
4.3.5 Cards (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro). Accepted with +5% surcharge when approved in advance. Cardholder must be present with ID. Processing time (~10 min) is part of the booking. If a card fails due to client’s actions, another payment is required.
4.3.6 Invoices. Available for companies only (no invoices to private individuals) and sent electronically with a discreet description.
4.3.7 Compliance. Third‑party bank payments may require UBO/authorisation proof (AML/TBML).
5. Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations (Client)
5.1 Small change (≤2h shift). Free if agreed by all parties up to 1h before the Model starts travel; waiting time after that counts as booking time.
5.2 Reschedule (>2h within 1 month with same Model(s)). Allowed once up to 14 days before start.
- Not Guaranteed: no fee.
- Guaranteed: 25% (min. €250).
5.3 Cancellation. • Not Guaranteed: free if notified ≥72h (new client) / ≥48h (member) / ≥24h (premium) before start; else 25% (min. €250). • If the model has started preparations or if there is a no‑show, 100%. • Guaranteed Bookings: 50% if cancelled ≥72h; otherwise 100%.
5.4 Early termination by Client. Full Booking Rate owed; exception for illness/calamity (non‑Guaranteed): only time spent (rounded to whole hours, subject to minimum) + incurred costs.
5.5 Goodwill. If a cancellation fee is paid within 14 days, it may be halved (where applicable). 5.6 Credits & refunds. Unused advances for non‑Guaranteed bookings become credit (valid 3 years) or, on request within 48h, a bank refund (admin €50 if no cancellation fee was owed).
6. Client Responsibilities (House Rules)
6.1 Age & ID. Minimum 21; a valid ID may be requested.
6.2 Respect & conduct. Courteous behaviour; no harassment, coercion or illegal requests.
6.3 Hygiene & safety. Maintain high personal hygiene; unsafe practices are prohibited.
6.4 Location. Provide a safe, clean, private setting (hotel ≥4★ or suitable residence); no cars, hostels, sex clubs or unsafe neighbourhoods. 6.5 Substances & third parties. No drugs or excess alcohol; no third parties without our prior approval.
6.6 Long/overnight bookings. Ensure drinks/meals; overnights include a private bedroom and ≥6h uninterrupted sleep.
6.7 Privacy. No photos/recordings; do not share the Model’s personal data.
6.8 Through Apollo. Changes, feedback or issues are handled via the agency; direct details exchange is prohibited (see 13).
7. Model Rights & Booking Standards
7.1 Autonomy. Models are independent (ZZP) and may refuse or stop a booking anytime.
7.2 Dinner Date & Overnight. Dinner/outing for at least half the time; overnights 12–18h (start 16:00–22:00; if ≤20:00, begins with dinner) with ≥6h uninterrupted sleep.
7.3 Companionship‑only. Minimum 3h; no erotic contact; Model remains fully dressed; separate bedroom if overnight.
7.4 Recalculation. The full booking is recalculated at Standard Rates if category conditions are not met.
8. Agency Duty of Care
8.1 We comply with Gemeente Amsterdam license conditions, GGD safety protocols and applicable law.
8.2 Intake & screening; check‑in/out; driver partners; emergency procedures.
8.3 Confidential complaints policy available for Clients and Models.
8.4 We may blacklist clients who breach terms or endanger Models.
9. Confidentiality & GDPR
9.1 All parties maintain strict confidentiality.
9.2 Client data is processed only for bookings, payments, and safety; it is stored securely and retained as required by law.
9.3 GDPR requests: Use our contact form on the contact page (access/erasure/rectification).
9.4 For discretion, electronic payments may use a generic descriptor.
10. Model Availability & Image Representation
10.1 Representative images. For privacy, specific profiles may use representative/anonymised images; descriptions and measurements are kept realistic. Minor variations can occur.
10.2 Substitution right. If a booked Model becomes unavailable, we may propose a comparable substitute. The Client will be notified before the start and may accept or cancel free of charge before commencement. After the booking has started, regular cancellation terms apply.
10.3 Mismatch at arrival. If, in the Client’s reasonable judgment at the start, the Model does not correspond to her profile in appearance/personality, the Client may cancel within 10 minutes. Travel and reasonable external costs remain payable; otherwise, no Booking Rate is due. This does not apply to Guaranteed Bookings or where the Client previously met the Model.
11. International Bookings
11.1 Minimum durations: typically 12–16h within Europe; 24–48h worldwide.
11.2 Deposits: at least 50% of the Booking Rate + 100% of External Costs by bank transfer before travel; remaining on site may never exceed €5,000.
11.3 Travel class: economy (or premium/economy‑comfort for long flights); first‑class train where applicable. If door‑to‑door travel exceeds 12h, the first night includes a private bedroom, counted within booking time.
11.4 External Costs: Change/cancellation costs are the Client’s unless they are due to Apollo/Model intent or gross negligence.
12. Agency Changes/Cancellations
12.1 If we must change or cancel, we will inform the Client as soon as possible and offer a reasonable alternative where feasible.
12.2 If the Client declines a reasonable alternative, any client‑specific non‑refundable costs notified in advance may be reimbursed up to a reasonable cap; no further liability applies beyond amounts already delivered.
13. Non‑Circumvention & Direct Contact
13.1 Clients may not contact Models directly outside Apollo’s mediation. 13.2 Penalties for breach:
- Category A: €2,500 per breach + €500/day.
- Category B: €10,000 per breach + €1,000/day.
- Category C: €25,000 per breach + €2,000/day.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on apolloescort.nl (texts, images, logos) belongs to Apollo Escort or is used with permission. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
15. Liability & Force Majeure
15.1 Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Apollo and Models are liable only for direct and foreseeable loss caused by an attributable breach; indirect loss (consequential, reputational, non‑material) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
15.2 To the extent permitted by law, total liability per booking is limited to the Booking Rate actually paid. 1
5.3 Force majeure suspends obligations; rescheduling or cancellation without liability may occur. Performance already delivered remains payable (pro‑rata) and incurred travel/external costs.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Dutch law applies. Exclusive forum: Amsterdam courts.
17. Updates to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The latest version and its effective date will appear on this page.
